There are 6 generations of lambic brewers at Lindemans. It’s almost 2 centuries ago this story started. Yet it is at this old Vlezenbeek farm that a beautiful brewing history has been written since 1822. The Lambic beers are used to make Geuze or to mix with fruit to make fruit-flavoured beers like Kriek or Pêcheresse. At Brewery Lindemans they craft beer with the wind. Only the air in the Zenne Valley is able to complete the secret medieval recipe of this brewers family.
